Still have a question? Get in touch — we're happy to help.We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. To ensure your pup gets the freshest Snax possible, we bake in small batches and may not have stock to fulfill your order immediately. Typically, orders may take a week, including shipping time. Personalized and large orders may take a little longer.
All of Jax Snax Dog Treats are made with fresh, natural ingredients and contain no preservatives. We double-bake our Snax by oven baking and then dehydrating. We recommend storing our Snax in a cool, dry location in our resealable bag or an airtight container to ensure you are giving your pup fresh Snax.
